When will I receive my quote / design?

We will make a quote / design within 2 working days. Does it take longer than 2 working days? Call +31 (0)184-642288.

How do I submit a modification to a quote / design?

Send an email with the modification to your PROM’ES contact person, from whom you have received the quote / design, or call +31 (0)184-642288.

How do I agree on a quote / design?

Happy with the quote / design? Send an email stating that the quotation / design has been approved and production can be started to your PROM’ES contact person, from whom you have received the quote / design. You will then receive an order confirmation.

How long does a quote remain valid?

A quotation is valid for four weeks. Term expired? Contact your PROM’ES contact person, from whom you received the quotation.

Do you also supply products that are not on the website?

On our website you have a wide selection of the most diverse products. Is your product not listed here? No problem! Please contact us. Then we will find out if the product is available.

Can I also order by email or  by phone?

Yes, that's possible. Send your email to info@prom-es.nl or call +31 (0)184-642288.

I want to send a repeat order. Is that possible?

Yes, that's possible. Contact us and we will take care of sending you a new order confirmation.

I want to modify / cancel my order. Is that possible?

This depends on the status of your order. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.

I want a sample. Is that possible?

You can always contact us for a sample of a product. We have a few products in stock to send as samples.

How should I submit my design or logo?

In the order form of the product you have chosen, select one of the following options:

Option A: I upload below my final design.
Option B: I upload below my logo’s for a free design.
Option C: I send my files to info@prom-es.nl.

Do you use our free design service? Our expert designers would then appreciate if you could upload a vector file. Files with the extension .eps, .ai or an original .pdf are examples of vector files. A vector file can be edited and enlarged or reduced without any problems.

What is a vector file?

An image or logo that is formatted as a vector file consists of shapes and lines that are connected by dots. With these lines and dots, the shape and quality of the image always remains the same. Files with the extension .eps, .ai or an original .pdf are examples of vector files. Do you use our free design service? Our expert designers would then appreciate if you could upload a vector file. A vector file can be edited and enlarged or reduced without any problems.

I want to order one product with multiple designs. How do I do that?

In the order form of the product you have selected, select option A (upload of final designs) or option C (send files to info@prom-es.nl). With choosing option C, you can describe your wishes for the design in the email.

I want a proof. Is that possible?

We will always send you a digital proof. We do not send physical proofs.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is stated for each product. For the products with own design, the delivery time is stated as well. This is the time PROM’ES needs to produce the product, after the design has been approved by you. This is excluding shipping.

Do you have T-shirts or bibs with the names of your participants or other variable data? This does not delay our production time, on condition that you provide us the data in time.

Can the product be delivered urgently?

Can I also have the order delivered directly to my customers?

Yes, that's possible. Enter the delivery address of your customer. We will send your shipment blank, if desired.

Can I have the order delivered to a GLS depot?

Yes, that's possible. Make a note in the comments field that you wish to collect the order from a depot. You will receive an email at the end of the day stating that your order has been shipped out. Then you will have to specify the desired depot / parcel shop. The shipment is on your customer data. You also need this information and your identification to collect the package.

My package has not been delivered. What now?

Is your package not delivered on the specified delivery date? Check the Track & Trace code. Here you will find more information about the status of your order. Can I also pick up my order at PROM’ES?

Yes, that's possible. Select the option "pick up" in the order form or inform us by phone or by email. You are then welcome at Polderweg Oost 14 in Molenaarsgraaf in The Netherlands. We will inform you by phone or email as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

When will I receive my invoice?

When do I have to pay my order?

You pay your order directly online or after having received the invoice. If you pay on account, your account manager will agree the payment term with you. Where can I find the company details and the bank details?

You will find the company and bank details on the customer service page. This information is of course stated on your invoice as well.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.

Can I get a sponsorship from PROM’ES?

PROM’ES regularly receives sponsorship requests. Many events are linked to a good cause. PROM’ES has therefore decided to select a number of events itself to sponsor each year. These events have been selected by PROM'ES employees or have a relationship with PROM’ES. No more other events are sponsored.

I am not satisfied. How do I report my complaint?

Are you not happy with your order? That is annoying to hear! We would like to hear from you why you are not satisfied. Send an email to info@prom-es.nl or call +31 (0)184-642288. If you have one or more clear photos, you can send them to us by email. You will receive a response within two working days.

The website is not working / is slow. How is this possible?

Please contact us. We are happy to assist you by phone or email. Please let us know why you think the website is not working. Then we will see the options to improve this. A non-working website can also be caused by your internet speed or browser.
