One-stop-shop for running and cycling events
PROM'ES has been supplying running and cycling events since 1995. Once started as a supplier of race numbers, in thirty years the product range has grown into a one-stop-shop for organisers of running and cycling events.
What is a one-stop-shop?
As a one-stop-shop, PROM'ES offers a wide range of products and services for organisers of running and cycling events. We are a specialist total supplier. A specialist because we focus on a specific market: running, cycling and related events. A total supplier because, with our products and services, we ensure that our customers do not have to go to multiple companies to meet their needs.
[Case] Venloop
After a group of running friends took part in the New York Marathon for charity in 2004, the idea of a running event in Venlo was born. The Venloop Foundation was set up to organise a well-organised and atmospheric running event. The first edition took place in 2006. Over the years, the event has grown into one of the biggest events in the Netherlands.
Race numbers, wristbands and envelopes
PROM'ES printed all the race numbers for the Venloop. The Venloop has several distances: the half marathon, the 10K, the 5K, the Kidsrun/G-run of 1,000 metres and the Kidsrun of 500 metres. Something for everyone, because after all, you experience the Venloop together! PROM'ES also supplied the wristbands and fully printed envelopes.
Medals, pins and trophies
Participants of the Arrow Venloop could count on a beautiful 60 mm antique gold medal this edition. The medal features the distance and event date. This year, the Arrow Venloop was also the venue for the NK half marathon. The logo on the half marathon medal was therefore subtly coloured with the red-white-blue of the Dutch flag. The walkers received the same medal, with the runners giving way to walkers in the design. For the participants of the Dynamic Night Event, there was a nice pin badge with an appropriate glow-in-the-dark colouring. Of course, all winners, including the winners of the NK half marathon, were rewarded with an additional prize of honour. Beautiful silver trophies with the Venloop logo and an engraving on the base.

Besides the products that every event needs for proper organisation, PROM'ES offers all kinds of event supplies to make the event even more professional and fun for volunteers, participants and spectators.
The Venloop, for example, ordered the following products from PROM'ES for its 2025 edition:

Rent supplies
PROM'ES has a number of event supplies for hire. With our rental service, you can easily and affordably take your event to the next level. Among others, we rent out AEDs and bows. Timing clocks are our most frequently rented item.
With more than forty race timing clocks, we can operate several events simultaneously per weekend. We have a suitable timing clock for every event. Thus, we have 5- and 6-digit clocks of various sizes, single- and double-sided. The race clocks can be mounted on a tripod, car, motorbike or suspended above the finish line. PROM'ES also supplies you with all the necessary accessories such as tripods, remote controls, suspension sets, roof racks, transmitters and converters.
Large events, such as the Venloop, often choose to outsource on-site direction to PROM'ES as well. This means that we set up the marathon clocks prior to the event and take care of on-site direction during the event.
One dedicated contact person
As the organiser of a running or cycling event at PROM'ES, you have one contact person. Our back office will be happy to discuss all your wishes with you, coordinate the planning for the various products and take care of the offers and order confirmations. You will also discuss deliveries with your regular contact person. How convenient!
