PROM'ES has an in-house design team. The team provides designs for the entire product range. Our design service is free of charge! Are you ordering multiple products for your event from PROM'ES? Then the designers will ensure that the chosen style is carried through in all designs.
Once you are satisfied with the design, production is started. For print files, our colleague will convert the design into a print-ready file. Because we carry out the entire process in-house, you are assured of fast turnaround times and short lines of communication.

Request your product design
You simply place your order with your account manager or via the website. Our colleagues from the back office will coordinate the design requirements with you. The design request is submitted to the design team and, depending on the type of product, you will receive the design proposal via your account manager within a few working days. You can discuss any adjustments with your account manager or approve the design for production.
Your logo and other images
To create the design, we often need some images, for example your logo. We request these files from you. In fact, there are two types of graphic files: pixel images and vector images. Our designers like to receive vector files. A vector file can be edited and enlarged or reduced without any problems.
Explanation pixel file versus vector file
Pixel files are composed of all small pixels. These pixels become clearly visible when you zoom in on them. If a pixel image is enlarged, for example to print a banner, the dots become visible and a chequered print is created.
A vector file, on the other hand, is composed of shapes and lines connected by dots. Vector files can therefore be enlarged or reduced without loss of quality. Vector files are also easy to adapt in graphic design software.
How do you recognise a pixel or vector file?
Zoom in on the image. If the image remains sharp, it is a vector image. Do the pixels become visible? Then it is a pixel file.
A second way consists of checking the extension. Vector files are often created in Adobe Illustrator and usually have one of the following extensions: AI, EPS or PDF. Pixel files, often created in Adobe Photoshop, are then common as JPG, TIFF, PNG, PSD or BMP files.
3D design
Creating 3D designs is also one of our options. Do you order running shirts with your own design? Then you will receive the design in 3D anyway. This way, you get the best view of the shirt and can present it to your participants in an appropriate way.
